Menus
Revolution is a chef driven restaurant that relies heavily on the freshness and quality of our ingredients. Our menu changes in one way or another basically every dinner service according to what is at the peak freshness in our walk in refrigerator. If we ever run out of an item during service, we can not just open a new bag or pop open the freezer to replenish. Everything is made in house almost daily including sauces, stocks, roasts, and desserts. Please understand that in order to give you the best possible meal, we have to be willing to run out of things on busy nights.
All ingredients on our charcuterie boards as well as our breads are imported from Italy or flown in from New York bakeries. We have spend many hours if not days searching for the very best ingredients that find their way to your plate. We strive to make sure you enjoy every bite, first to last the same.

Our Lunch menu is similar to our dinner menu in that it changes based on our ingredients peak freshness. We will always have lunch specials and may have certain items that are not available due to a lack of perfect ingredients.
