We are hard at work testing dishes that will eventually make the cut and find their way onto our menu.  Revolution's menu will be filled with many housemade items, including jams, cheeses, breads, pastries, pickled vegetables, and sauces.  This testing will take time, but it will be worth the wait.  

At dinner you will be able to pick either a prix fixe four-course meal or order from the more traditional Italian menu with antipasti, primo, secondi, and dolci.

Our antipasti will consist of small-plate creative dishes and a curated charcuterie menu.

Primi, or first dishes, will be filled with fresh, handmade pasta and creamy risotto.  These are traditionally smaller portions made with love.

The second course, secondi, will be wild game, fresh (never frozen!) seafood, and top-quality beef, pork, and veal.  We will be doing a seasonal menu; be aware that things will change, so try something while you can!

Dolci, or dessert, will feature beautiful fruits and pastries as well as housemade gelato.  We will also have a few paired digestivo drinks to leave you feeling happy.
